Bleeding Through

The Foodmate stainless steel bleeding trough is designed to bleed poultry after manual or automatic killing. The trough is installed in slight angle to ensure drainage from the entrance side. The bleeding of the broilers is between 2 and 3 minutes, depending on bird size and way of killing. The stand alone bleeding trough is constructed in a way, that it is holding the overhead conveyor. There for there is no additional steel construction needed.

- No installation work for mounting the overhead conveyor on a separate steel construction 
  above the bleeding trough;
